When you complete this form you will be a Registered member of the Alumni. This allows you access to the Alumni lists of other registered members.

This form is intended to find out where Royals Alumni are and help us update the Alumni List, which will be available on-line. The information collected will not be publicly accessible. The Alumni List will include your first and last name, your years of membership in the Royals and your current city of residence. Mailing addresses and email addresses will not be on the list but will help us keep you informed of future Alumni activities.

Once we receive this submitted form we will email a password to you with which you can access the Alumni List as well as Alumni newsletters.
